Mark Debinski

Mark is Founder and President of Bluewater Advisory, and Managing Director of Bluewater Search, the award-winning retained recruitment division of Bluewater Advisory. Bluewater is considered an elite firm in the Talent Management business and adds significant value to organizations throughout the United States in three primary areas:

1. Leadership & Organizational Development
2. Selection & Recruitment
3. Strategic Planning & Succession Planning with comprehensive talent,
operational and organizational alignment.

Mark’s work focuses primarily on “maximizing the art and science of talent management”. He is an expert at recognizing and measuring talent and soft skills, leveraging his talent through direct client work and guiding the Bluewater Search team of Market Directors and expert Selection Specialists.

In 2018, Mark was honored with the Bill Brooks Impact Award, which recognizes an individual who exemplifies the influence and spirit that the late Bill Brooks brought to the sales, assessment and talent management industries. In 2017, Mark was awarded the Bud Bowers Contributor of the Year title, which recognizes extraordinary contributions and leadership that personified the late Bud Bowers whose contributions significantly enriched the fields of assessments and human capital management. In January of 2013, Mark won Target Training International’s Blue Diamond Award recognizing him as a trusted partner for his cooperation, dedication, and contribution to his clients and Target Training International, Ltd. In January of 2012, Mark and the Bluewater team were awarded the distinguished honor of 2011 Selection Specialist of Year from Target Training International for outstanding growth while retaining a 100% retention rate for client new-hire placements. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Maryland, Baltimore, County, and was awarded an Executive Masters of Business Administration degree with Beta Gamma Sigma honors from Loyola University Maryland. Mark resides in Eldersburg, MD where he and his lovely wife Janet are blessed with two daughters. Hobbies include running, golf and saltwater fishing, and Mark also proudly serves on non-profit Boards of Directors and is an advocate for the elderly.

Lindsey Weigle

Lindsey is Managing Partner at Bluewater Advisory. Bluewater is considered an elite firm in the Talent Management business and adds significant value to organizations throughout the United States in three primary areas:

  1. Leadership & Organizational Development
  2. Recruitment and selection strategy
  3. Succession Planning with comprehensive talent, operational and organizational alignment.

In addition to serving as project lead on various client engagements, Lindsey’s passion for individual and organizational development shows in her involvement in workshops, leadership programs and other group and individual training programs. Her biggest source of professional pride is being considered a trusted advisor to her clients. Lindsey draws from her professional experience prior to joining Bluewater, as well as her degree from Central Michigan University in Interpersonal Communication and Public Communication, with a minor in Marketing.

Since joining the Bluewater team in the fall of 2014, Lindsey has led and participated in scores of client engagements. In addition to serving as Managing Partner on several Leadership programs, a few highlights include:

  • Principal lead and trainer for a $1 billion professional services client
  • Co-lead and project manager for Succession & Strategic Planning for a large family business client
  • Principal lead and Job benchmarking expert, including over 20 job benchmarks for a single client
  • Principal lead and trainer to hundreds of Leadership Rising participants
  • Co-lead on a Strategic Planning retreat and full plan for a third-generation large family conglomerate
  • Principal lead on DreamSMALL, Bluewater’s impactful goal setting & attainment program
  • Principal lead on Women in Leadership, Bluewater’s powerful conversational workshop that explores the holistic characteristics and unique dynamics of contemporary female leaders

Lindsey is an avid Detroit Red Wings fan, and currently lives near Frederick, Maryland with her husband Gabe, and her daughter, Maggie, and son, Barrett.

Brandon Duke

Trainer & Performance Coach, Bluewater Advisory

Brandon serves Bluewater clients through his engaging and impactful training, as well as his recognized performance coaching skills. Brandon has an enthusiastic love for people, ideas, and authentic conversations, adding even more passion and experience to our team. In addition, Brandon’s pursuit to question and learn from different perspectives, ideas and approaches has taken him from the classrooms of inner city Baltimore to North Africa. His experience working with individuals and groups from many different cultures, who are operating out of different world views, has refined his ability to reveal common ground and connect with others. As a certified Professional Behavioral Analyst & Certified Professional Values Analyst, Brandon serves as lead trainer for multiple Bluewater clients as well as co-facilitator for our leadership programs.

Brandon’s passions and skills have found roots in coaching. Brandon strives to create a space to have authentic conversations that invite possibilities previously hidden. His clients have come from all different walks of life, though all come to the table with two objectives: 1) desiring a new way to approach an old problem and 2) a desire to be clear and decisive when navigating new territory.

Brandon resides in the Outer Banks of NC with his wife Chrissy and two daughters Raelyn and Brenn. Brandon is also passionate about surfing, fishing, the outdoors, and can quote some movies in their entirely.
